Delivery schedules are subject to the shipping method selected at checkout and the geographic location of the delivery address.

3. Order Tracking Mechanism
Upon dispatch of your order from our facility, an automated shipment confirmation notice containing a unique tracking number and the corresponding logistics provider’s tracking link will be transmitted to your registered email address.

4. Shipping & Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are dynamic and calculated based on the designated delivery location, package dimensions, and total weight. Prior to final payment execution, please review your Order Summary at the checkout page to inspect the specific delivery fees allocated to your individual products.
5. Failed Delivery & Undeliverable Consignments
If a shipment cannot be successfully executed and is returned to our facility due to factors attributable to customer non-cooperation or error, the customer shall bear all liabilities for the return shipping costs. Such factors include, but are not limited to:

In such events, the comprehensive return logistics expenses incurred by bbkrate bombay will be calculated and strictly deducted from the total order value prior to initiating any conditional refund.
6. Authorized Logistics Partners
To ensure safe and efficient transit across India, bbkrate bombay partners with reputable third-party logistics and courier companies, including but not limited to: DTDC, Shree Maruti, Mahavir Courier, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax, India Post, and ATS.
bbkrate bombay reserves the right to select or alter the carrier for any order at its sole discretion to optimize delivery efficiency.
7. Inspection and Damage Claims Upon Receipt
Customers are legally advised to carefully inspect the external packaging and the enclosed goods for integrity and completeness prior to signing any proof of delivery or receipt.

Damaged Packages: If the parcel is visibly compromised, tampered with, or incomplete, you must either refuse delivery entirely or sign the courier log explicitly as "Damaged".

Reporting Window: Any discrepancies, damages, or shortages must be reported to bbkrate bombay on the same day as delivery via our customer support channels. Claims made after the day of delivery regarding external damage or missing items may not be entertained due to courier liability constraints.
8. Bank Holidays and Non-Working Days
Please note that logistics operations do not run on national, state, or bank holidays. Shipments scheduled for delivery on a public holiday will automatically be deferred to the next consecutive business day.
