Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the relationship between BBKrate Bombay (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the end consumer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) regarding purchases made on our e-commerce platform. This policy is legally binding and strictly applicable to transactions executed within the territorial jurisdiction of India.
By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
1. Mandatory Reporting Timelines & Verification Protocols
To maintain logistical integrity and verify claims, the Company enforces strict timelines and evidence requirements for all return, refund, or exchange requests.

Reporting Window: Any claims regarding damaged products, defective items, or missing items must be formally registered with our customer support team within 48 hours from the exact timestamp of delivery as recorded by our logistics partner. Requests initiated after this 48-hour window shall be deemed invalid and legally waived.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement: For all claims involving damaged products, structural defects, or missing items, the Customer must provide a continuous, unedited, and unaltered unboxing video.
Legal Note on Video Evidence: The video must clearly show the shipping label, the completely sealed state of the outer package, and the consecutive process of opening and inspecting the goods. Failure to provide a valid unboxing video will result in the immediate rejection of the claim.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility Conditions
Products are only eligible for a return, refund, or exchange if they satisfy the following criteria collectively:

The item must be entirely unused, unwashed, unadulterated, and undamaged while in the Customer's possession.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all original boxes, interior structuring, user manuals, accessories, tags, labels, and documentation.

The original retail invoice or proof of purchase must accompany the returned consignment.

Subjective Discrepancies: If you believe a product does not meet your personal expectations or differs aesthetically from the digital representation on our platform, such discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery. The final decision to approve an exchange under these circumstances rests solely at the discretion of our Customer Service Management Team.
3. Allocation of Return Shipping Expenses

Company Error: The Company shall bear the return shipping expenses only in instances where the return is necessitated due to an explicit error on our part (e.g., dispatch of an incorrect item, or a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage).

Customer Discretion / Wrong Orders: If a Customer mistakenly orders an incorrect product, variant, or size and requests an exchange, the Customer shall assume 100% financial liability for all logistical expenses. This includes the cost of returning the original item to our facility as well as the shipping charges for dispatching the replacement item.
4. Special Provisions for Custom-Printed & Made-to-Order Products

Order Cancellation Interdiction: Once a transaction involving a custom-printed, personalized, or made-to-order product is finalized and enters production, no cancellations shall be permitted. Production expenses are incurred immediately, rendering the item non-resellable.

Undeliverable Custom Consignments: In the event that a custom-printed shipment is deemed undeliverable by the designated courier due to customer unavailability or address errors, the Company will attempt redirection via alternative courier services. Under no circumstances will a custom-printed product be accepted back for a refund or return.
5. Rejection and Denial of Parcel Policy
If a Customer explicitly rejects, denies, or refuses acceptance of a standard parcel after it has been formally dispatched from our fulfillment center, the underlying transaction will be subjected to the following mandatory financial deductions before any conditional refund is calculated:

Logistics Charge: A deduction equivalent to two (2) times the original shipping charge (representing the comprehensive costs of both forward logistics and reverse logistics/Return to Origin).

Packaging & Restocking Fee: A deduction of 10% of the gross product value to cover materials, warehouse labor, and inventory reassignment.
6. Refund Evaluation and Processing Timeline

Inspection Upon Receipt: All returned merchandise undergoes a rigorous physical inspection at our fulfillment facility to verify compliance with Section 2 of this Policy.

Approval Status Notification: Upon completion of the inspection, the Company will notify the Customer via registered email/SMS regarding the formal approval or rejection of the refund request.

Disbursement Timeline: Approved refunds will be executed and credited exclusively back to the original mode of payment within 7 business days from the date of physical receipt and verification at our warehouse.
7. Mitigation of Courier and Transit Delays
The Company utilizes premium, third-party logistics partners to execute deliveries. While we oversee transit milestones, the Company cannot be held directly liable for unexpected operational delays native to courier networks (e.g., peak seasonal backlogs, regional disruptions, or adverse weather).

If a shipment exhibits zero tracking status updates for a consecutive period exceeding 15 days post-dispatch, the Customer is advised to flag the consignment to our support team.

The Company will independently investigate the delay with the respective carrier and address the issue on a case-by-case basis in strict compliance with standard courier regulations.
